Announcement About Horizontal Transfer Applications for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year

Our university's 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester lateral transfer applications will be conducted ONLINE within the framework of the quotas specified in the attachment. The application schedule, quotas, and regulatory information are included in the announcement attachment. Required documents during the application process will be uploaded to the application system in pdf format.

LATERAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS:
1- With Grade Point Average;
With General Weighted Grade Point Average;
- Inter-Institutional (Domestic) to the Same Program,
- Inter-Institutional (Abroad) to the Same Program, (For T.C. national students)
2- With Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1);
- To the Same or Different Program is done.

APPLICATION PLACE:
Applications will be made electronically through the online application system. Applications will not be accepted in person or by mail.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
- ÖSYM exam result document (Document with all score types)
- ÖSYM placement result document
- Certified student certificate (can be obtained from the e-Government system.)
- Certified transcript document (can be obtained from the e-Government system.)
- For students applying for lateral transfer to programs with a compulsory preparatory class, a document showing that they have passed the preparatory class at the previous school or have obtained a passing score from a national or internationally recognized foreign language exam accepted as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. (If available)
All documents must be in pdf format.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS:
Application results will be announced through the lateral transfer application system.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR PLACED CANDIDATES:
The definite registrations of candidates placed in the university will be conducted online within the specified dates.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING REGISTRATION:
A document showing no disciplinary action has been taken.
A document showing that there are no books, materials, devices, etc., in use belonging to the university where the candidate is registered, indicating that there is no obstacle to lateral transfer. Students must submit the document showing that there is no obstacle to lateral transfer during or after registration.
A document showing that no lateral transfer has been made with Additional Article-1 before. (For those who have made a lateral transfer with Additional Article-1)
DISENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:
A student who has gained the right to register will not perform any disenrollment procedure from the university they are currently registered at. The disenrollment procedure will be conducted through official correspondence between universities after registering at our university.
ADAPTATION:
A student who has gained the right to lateral transfer will submit an adaptation petition to the unit student affairs for exemption procedures after registration. The class to be adapted, the duration spent in the registered higher education program, and the courses successfully completed will be evaluated by the adaptation committees.
